By using Dewey (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
Dewey is an AI-powered personal research assistant delivered primarily through Telegram. It lets you save URLs to a personal vector vault, subscribe to RSS feeds, receive daily briefs, and ask questions against your saved content with synthesized answers.
Your Dewey account is identified by your Telegram chat ID. You may optionally connect your Twitter/X account via OAuth to seed interest detection. You are responsible for all activity on your account.
Dewey offers paid tiers:
Payment is processed by Whop (whop.com). Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your Whop account. Refunds are handled per Whop's refund policy.
Free users have a daily usage limit. When you hit it, the bot will pause until the next day or until you upgrade.
You agree not to:
Dewey, its brand, and its underlying software are owned by 4D Studios. You retain ownership of the content you save to your vault.
Dewey uses large language models to synthesize answers. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or fabricated ("hallucinations"). Always verify important information against the original sources Dewey cites. Dewey is not a substitute for professional advice (legal, medical, financial, etc.).
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We don't guarantee uptime, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose. We may suspend, modify, or discontinue features at any time.
You can stop using Dewey at any time. We can suspend or terminate your account for abuse, non-payment, or violation of these Terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 4D Studios is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Dewey.
We may update these Terms occasionally. If changes are material, we'll notify you via Telegram and update the "Last updated" date above.
